The room was grotty, the bed had a sweat smell, and the bedding looked tired. The mattress even had a dip in the middle. There was no hot water in the sink, and the overall cleanliness was poor; the shower was filthy and moldy. The noise level was incredibly high. It’s disappointing that no updates have been made, especially since the place clearly makes enough profit.

The staff were clean and friendly. The younger team members were not as polite and seemed a bit over‑woke.

The evening meal was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was limited, though.

The staff were all friendly and ready to help. My room faced the outside bar, so I went to bed at 2200 and brought earplugs just in case. There were no hangers or wardrobe.
