The apartments are huge and the staff is lovely! The location was a bit far from the city for what we needed, but overall it was a great spot.

The place sits close to Kew and the surrounding areas, which is convenient. The rooms are spacious, making them ideal for families and larger groups. The only downside I experienced was in apartment 1 at the front; nighttime traffic and pedestrians on the footpath made it noisy.

The location is great, the rooms are clean and roomy, but the décor feels a bit dated and corporate, and the bathrooms need a refresh.

Breakfast was self catering. Premises convenient - we have stayed there several times before. We did not expect or seek a double storey unit, with master bedroom and one other and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and lounge, kitchen and one bedroom downstairs but no bathroom or toilet. Although in our eighties, fortunately we can both climb stairs, but it was not at all convenient
