The setting is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and luxurious; the suite with its own pool was spacious, beautifully appointed, and well located, with allocated parking; breakfast was a little chaotic.

The room was huge, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast restaurant offered great views; every day the room came stocked with plenty of complimentary water bottles, a fruit fountain, and a small box of sweets. The room we were first given had a tobacco smell, but they quickly swapped it for a no‑smoking one. Only one restaurant was open, and there was a lot of construction around the property.

The service from the staff was the highlight of our stay at the Kempinski; the hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s the amazing employees that make guests feel truly cared for. Management should recognize several team members who went above and beyond for our family. Mr. Dinesh at Brunello Restaurant deserves special thanks for taking my daughter’s celiac needs seriously and ensuring she was safe and comfortable, giving us priceless peace of mind. Mr. Mandir remembered our food and drink preferences without us having to ask. Miss Manuela, the receptionist at Brunello, greeted us warmly every time with a beautiful smile that made us feel at home. Mr. Shuhrat helped my daughter find the ATM and made sure she reached it safely, a simple act that showed real concern. Mr. Mohamed at Reception was always smiling, warm, and helpful, even bringing our groceries for us. Our housekeeping team, Mr. P. Upendra and Mr. Noman Shadath, kept our room spotless each day, working quietly and professionally with excellent attention to detail. The only downside was that when we asked to move to the other side of the hotel, they showed us an unpleasant room with no view, blocked by a huge tree; they could have simply said no.
