It was quiet, the breakfast was great, the front desk was helpful, parking was excellent, and the hotel was close to both meetings and restaurants; nothing was lacking.

Absolutely nothing. The customer service was awful! I’ve worked in the hotel business for 15 years and I have never had an encounter like this with a customer or coworker

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I always love having a fridge in the room; the shower walls could have been cleaned better.

The room was clean and very nice, updated facilities, great breakfast, and the staff were very friendly, always checking if we needed anything; however, the beds advertised as queen beds turned out to be only double beds, so they were a bit small.

The hotel was close to the shopping centre, but our room wasn’t ready because other guests checked out late. They claimed all staff had left for the day, no cleaning crew was present, and they wouldn’t clean it; instead, everyone stood in the front lobby while I checked in.
