“Alle super”

The reception staff were very friendly, and the hotel itself was pretty lovely. However, the older gentleman at the restaurant in the evening was not quite as courteous towards some guests.

The employees were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent and extensive! The scenery was fantastic!

“Freundliches Hotel”

The staff were polite and the location was convenient. The breakfast buffet was adequate and kept refilling itself. The room furnishings were rather basic and not very cozy for staying longer (4th floor). The ceiling height felt a bit low. As a pure overnight option, it was still good and sufficient.

“Schönes klassisches, ruhiges Hotel inmitten der Kureinrichtungen”

The room was fairly large, well furnished with a fridge and TV—nothing was missing. The historic spa hotel sits right next to the old spa park and is only a 10‑minute walk from the city centre. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. It could have had a tea or coffee machine in the room, and the free parking is subject to availability; late arrivals can be problematic, especially since all alternative city parking spots require payment from 8 am to 8 pm daily.

The room was large and clean, with a big bathroom and bright, spotless surroundings. The mattress was not sagging, and the view from the 4th floor was great. Breakfast was superb and very varied, and the grand building itself had a special charm!
