The hotel’s location overlooking the harbour gave a great view of part of Torbay. The room was comfortable and the Wi‑Fi worked properly. However, the instructions said we’d use a code to access the room, yet the front doors were always unlocked and on the second evening the code for our room didn’t work—so we had to use a key in the room to lock it, meaning the room wasn’t secure the first day. The instructions should be updated. The utility area was always left with dirty cutlery and crockery in the sink; each room should have its own dedicated cutlery and crockery for easier cleaning. The hot‑water boiler needs proper instructions. The bathroom hand wash was empty, there was no shampoo in the shower, and the bedroom window wouldn’t open after the first couple of days.

Good view, helpful contact, clean tidy and comfortable. Long walk to car park with bags. Difficult to pull up outside. Didn't find on street parking
