The hotel was spotless, and we booked an upgraded room that was a good size for NYC; the staff were friendly and the rooftop bar was fantastic. It was a bit off the main SOHO center, but otherwise everything was fine.

The place was great, right on a walkable street with the subway just around the corner, and the rooftop bar offered the best city views; the room itself was tidy but cramped. The gym was barely functional—just three machines, a bench, and a handful of free weights—so it felt packed even with only two people.

The location was good, off Soho by the river, and the rooms were decent with a view of the Hudson River and New Jersey; the bathroom was spotless with a great shower, but the bedroom had a lot of dust. The bed and linens were super comfy and soft, though it would have helped to have two bathrobes instead of one. The bedroom was dusty and the elevators were slow.
