Room was very nice and ready early for us. They were currently undergoing a renovation in the reception area, so the hotel will be even nicer going forward!. Lots of construction in the immediate hotel area. Did not affect the stay at all!

There was no coffee machine in the room, even though it was explicitly listed in the room description and was a deciding factor for booking.

Breakfast was excellent and the room was pretty, but the price was too high, cleaning was done one day and not the next even though daily cleaning had been requested, there was no minibar, and you couldn’t buy even a bottle of water in the property—overall the price was too steep.

Because of the renovation, the bar was closed, and there was no minibar in the room, so no drinks were available at the hotel. There was also no coffee machine or kettle, no phone to reach the reception for the TV remote, and the breakfast buffet was minimalistic with no fresh cheese like it used to be—overall a huge disappointment.

Location is phenomenal, within walking distance to the city centre and with tram and subway right outside the door; the hotel meets all essential needs. The restaurant is currently under renovation, but the temporary solutions are acceptable. Cleaning during the stay was poor; we were told “every other day” was fine, which was acceptable, but the one cleaning we saw was almost negligible.
