The location was really good, small rooms but acceptable, yet the hotel service could have been better; the reception was impersonal and barely told you where to go to find your room.

The atmosphere was nice, but it was disappointing that I had to pay for access to the pool and spa, which were supposed to be included.

The location was great and the food at the Japanese restaurant was tasty, but I had to pay for the swimming pool.

Central and friendly staff, but breakfast was noisy with a lot of people.

The location in the city center was great with good restaurants and bars, but I had things removed from my room.
