The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the bath warmed up well, which I’ve had issues with before. The highlight was definitely the service, and the bed, towels, and blankets were good; the room was very spacious. However, there was no full‑length mirror, the furniture was moldy, and the room light stayed on all the time. The bathroom felt like a wardrobe and the smell drifted into the room. I honestly thought the price—over 1500 for two nights—wasn't justified, but the experience was still worthwhile.

The location was great, close to Rua das Pedras and the beaches. The staff were attentive, the room comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. I was disappointed by the lack of maintenance on the pool, which was quite dirty, and by the unexpected dress code for breakfast: I was asked to leave the pool area because I was wearing a bikini top, so I had to go back to my room to change, which was embarrassing. Since breakfast is served outdoors near the pool, this rule should have been communicated at check‑in to avoid such situations, especially as many guests head straight to the beach or pool after breakfast.
