Location, cleanliness, a wonderful and relaxing double bed, bedding, pillows, and quiet. The staff were polite but cold and neutral. The double room is narrow, so those who are fussy will feel cramped. They also charge for the water bottle from the tap.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; Berll at the front desk stood out. The rooms were so cramped that fitting our suitcases was a real struggle.
