The Standard Double Room accommodates two guests and is designated as a smoking room. It features a single double bed, a sofa, air conditioning, and a flat‑screen TV for entertainment. The private bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower.
The only good thing was none, but the staff seemed unaware of the reservation system, so they couldn’t track who was staying. The front desk checked the dates, rates and then led us to any vacant room they could find. Even though we agreed at check‑in that the two‑night charge would be paid at checkout, I called the next morning because I needed to leave early and was told to pay first, which felt like they thought I’d try to run away without paying. My luggage stayed in the room, the agreement had been made before I entered, and the whole lack of coordination from the booking side was the real problem. I also wonder what they would have done if no room was free. The worst part was the extremely rude attitude from the front desk both in person and on the phone. I advise everyone to avoid this place.
The food was tasty and the facilities were good, but a one‑meter square stain on the wall was a bit distracting, and I was told the reservation couldn’t be confirmed. They eventually found a room and prepared it, but that was the most important issue.
There was nothing positive to mention; the deluxe double room was advertised with a sauna, but no sauna was present and no explanation was given.
