The room was spot‑on. We only stayed one night, and it was everything we needed after a long flight. Natasha and Clayton were really nice and helped us wherever they could! Thanks again for everything! Everything was great!

The property was close to everything, with lovely accommodation and beautiful gardens. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome!! Nothing else to mention.

The property is beautiful and the amenities are nice, but the check‑in process was terrible. The pin is wrong and the address is listed as 59 (it’s actually 59a). On Google Maps 59 Piers Road leads to the mall. When we arrived, the security guard said this wasn’t a hotel and seemed shocked by our arrival. He eventually admitted it was a hotel and let us in, but nobody was there to greet us, so we spent 10 minutes wandering around looking for someone to check us in.
