The location was great 😀 The owner was very friendly and helpful during our trip to Luxor, where we already had tickets arranged for a morning balloon flight. Highly recommend this fantastic attraction ❤️

The breakfast had a wide variety, even offering yogurt and three types of jam, but the room was missing a coat hook.

The location is central, close to bus and train stations, and thanks to the arranged guide and driver. The air‑conditioner could have had a remote control. :)

A good experience overall. The guided tour I booked through the hotel included a delay of almost 1-hour, so I couldn't explore the Karnak temple in full

“A very basic place that seems oddly highly rated on here”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location let us see a part of Luxor we might otherwise have missed; the air‑conditioning worked well. However, the room was very basic for the price, lacked a window, and only had a balcony with heavy curtains and wooden doors that blocked all light—either it was completely open and scorching or closed and dark. The hostel felt empty over our three nights, with no other guests, and the rooftop was mediocre, offering little to do and becoming unbearably hot with no wind.
