Nothing was secure, and everything was unsafe.

There were no windows to open, the hotel and rooms were quite smelly, and the front desk woman was very unhappy.

I couldn’t even check in because the hotel never answered my reservation. The staff was useless, and there were a lot of homeless people around the property.

Everything was spotless and welcoming, and the service was amazing.
