The location was good and the shuttle bus driver to the airport was very friendly, helped us with our luggage, and guided us to Terminal 2 at 7:15 am, going above and beyond. However, the front desk staff did not make eye contact, gave us no information, were curt and nearly rude. The room lacked air conditioning; a small fan was provided instead. The room was damp even with the window closed, the bathroom was not very clean, and the shower curtain was moldy.
