The staff were all friendly, but I was attacked by cockroaches while sleeping; they crawled onto my bed and even onto my face, making it the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel, and I’m very disappointed with this facility.

The location was good and check‑in was easy, yet every ice machine on every floor was out of order in the middle of summer, and no staff ever mentioned that the building had no ice at all. Ceiling leaks were everywhere, with buckets and waste cans littering the hallways.

The beds were cozy, but the room was too cold and outdated, with barely any lights, no phone, and no iron available unless I asked for one; the bathroom was too small.

Breakfast was good with a nice variety, though they ran out of syrup for the waffles during my stay. Everything else was fine.

The convention’s food and shopping were nice, but the room was dusty, the refrigerator was rusty and unsightly on the outside, a cockroach the size of a small dog was crawling above the TV wall, and the ice machine didn’t work.
