Great location for the hospital. Clean, comfortable bed and room. The flooring in the room needs replacing, and the garden outside makes the place look neglected; it needs a good tidy‑up.

The room was well prepared with bedding, tea and coffee, and a clean fridge. The bathroom wasn't squeaky clean and lacked an extractor fan, so it had a mouldy smell.

They swapped our room because it was too hot and smelly, and we couldn't complain that day due to other matters. The house was very dirty, with dated pillows, yellow sheets, mould even after washing, and hair from other guests; the property really needs an update. I didn't take any photos because I knew others would. An old lady was shouting in the morning while we were getting ready, our daughter was changing, and she opened doors to hand us a black bag—what the hell? It was 10 minutes before 10 am when the guest left a clean room.
