The location right on the Loire was great, the room and bathroom were large, but there was no air‑conditioning or fan, and the breakfast offered few hot dishes.

They let us park our bikes, the room and bathroom were big with separate toilets, and the spot was excellent; nothing to add.

The patisserie across the street was a bonus, and they kindly supplied breakfast and snacks. However, the hotel’s website claimed a restaurant and bistro were available, but the establishment had closed after a change of ownership, so we were the only guests and the atmosphere was lacking. I had booked this place specifically for its dining because it was our ruby anniversary after a two‑week stay in France, and the village offered only a very exclusive fine‑dining spot. I’m very disappointed because the description on your site was wrong and outdated. The room received no housekeeping, and the hotel was severely understaffed, with just one person handling everything in the main area. The bar’s drink selection was limited, giving the impression the hotel was about to shut down. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping out, which was very annoying. I strongly urge you to reconsider using this hotel in the future.
