The room was on the outside, which made moving around a bit awkward because of the rain, but the food was really good. The staff were a little apathetic, yet overall it’s a solid hotel.

Located in front of Cascada de la Virgen Cascade, Sangay Spa Hotel features a swimming pool, tennis court, football pitch, and free Wi-Fi in Baños. The hotel is excellent and the rooms are comfortable, but the wet area needs some attention. Everything else was very good.

Being close to downtown Baños and the breakfast were great. The street music was annoying.
