The place is convenient, and any requests get quick replies. Trash disposal during the stay is also very easy. The bathroom and washbasin both have exhaust fans, which I think is great; some reviews mention the bathtub is small, but it worked fine for me, and the room had no smoke smell. The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, and the bathroom door in my room had a panel that kept falling off; since it didn’t affect other functions, I just moved it aside and it didn’t bother me much.

All amenities were provided, including a coin washer with detergent on site and tumble dryers. It’s very close to Kawasaki station and thus also close to HND (15 mins by train). The bathroom/shower was very small and couldn’t be used with water running because the showerhead holder wasn’t movable.

The station is close and the nearby Chinese restaurant was tasty. The bath is too narrow, the room smells too much, mold grows too much in the corner, and I don’t understand the toilet paper placement.
Not many positives. The staff service was not very good.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it’s always one of the best value places near Haneda Station. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and while the rooms aren’t large, the value and location are unbeatable. The Wi‑Fi is excellent, and the rooms are pretty clean. I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in Japan. The bathrooms are a bit cramped, but that’s normal for Japan.
