Charlie the driver cancelled an early‑morning trip when I was 15 minutes early for the pick‑up, nearly causing me to miss my train to New York; the front desk staff were polite but unhelpful, leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth and almost ruining my day.

The place was very clean and comfortable, but there were no signs or help to get to the parking garage from inside the building.

Central location in the city made it easy to reach the places we wanted, and the city is very walkable.

The only thing I liked was the location; it didn't live up to expectations, the price for one night wasn't worth it. The complimentary coffee tasted very poor for a high‑scale hotel. Overall it wasn't worth the stay; I've paid less at other luxury hotels and found them much more worthwhile.
