“Waardeloos!”
I eventually decided to switch to another hotel and cancel everything, even though they had suggested it several times. When I arrived, I felt unwelcome. The indoor pool was full for the entire stay (4 nights). The receptionist immediately started listing other hotels that would be better for me. I struggled to stay, and then she suddenly changed my room number (no idea why). The room was hot and the air conditioner didn’t work. The air conditioner was off for the whole hotel; you had to open the window. They displayed which air conditioner and the free pool. In the end I accepted the cancellation and started looking for another hotel. Unnoticed…
