I ate dinner and breakfast, both were excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and parking was easy, but the room’s size made the heating system a bit of a challenge.

The room was fantastic, the evening meal was first class, and the breakfast staff were very welcoming. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were very friendly and greeted me by name because I’ve stayed there a few times over the years. The room was beautiful, designed for relaxing rather than just sleeping. The pub was gorgeous with great food and a selection of ales. Claygate is a lovely village, and this place is the perfect place to stay. Nothing! I loved it all.

The reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful, as were the people servicing our room. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The outdoor seating area offered varied arrangements with some super comfy furniture under cover on the verandah. The food was tasty and the ales were real. The only downside was £7 a pint, but that’s London prices!
