Totally well‑located with a great garden and a view of Lake Kivu! Friendly staff and clean. Breakfast was also tasty. Unfortunately we only had very cold water for showering and the bathroom sink was leaking so the floor stayed wet, and a few holes were in the mosquito nets.

Lovely, friendly, and helpful staff! The included breakfast was really good!! The views were amazing and it was definitely good value for money. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to pay by card and so took out the appropriate cash, but ended up being able to pay by card

The location is nice on top of a hill, with a small view of the lake and surrounding countryside. The rooms/apartments are really lovely, and decorated tastefully. Breakfast is plentiful, the dishes are good and generous. The staff is very friendly. They offer excursions through a guide. Nothing, it was top!

I found the compact, practical space very comfortable and well insulated, with a nice shared area and great design, and the location close to the boating zone was convenient; the shared area downstairs offers a lake view, and for the price it’s a solid deal with hot water in the shower. The place isn’t the most luxurious or the best way to enjoy the lake, but it’s relatively comfortable and inexpensive for the area; just be aware that the room is made of wood and the shower’s water flow is a bit weak, though it does provide hot water.

The breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented, and the lodge’s strategic spot is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet at a very affordable price; it’s truly an eco-friendly place. Nothing else to note.
