Malika, the treasure of a manager, made our stay easy, pleasant, and welcoming. She met us where the taxi dropped us off and carried our bags down to the property. All you have to do is call her. Then she served us mint tea and showed us to our rooms, making it feel like staying in a jewel box. In the morning she served us the best, delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice, breads, omelette, and tasty coffee.

The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and friendliness stood out, the breakfast was hearty and tasty, the water in my room was fine, and the overall calm, spot, cleanliness, and equipment quality were all excellent – I highly recommend it.

The entrance, patio, and terrace of the Riad were gorgeous, it sits in a quiet neighborhood close to the Oudayas, the staff were great, and the breakfast was generous and well-presented, but the “luxury” room I booked for seven nights fell short, especially its bathroom and the listed imperfections; in a Riad, unlike a hotel, each room has unique features and the client should clearly see the room they’re paying for, so highlighting the patio instead of showing accurate photos of each room and its bathroom is a lack of transparency – a real disappointment.
