Location, the PSA zone, and good breakfasts are obvious pluses. There was a lack of guest care. We were supposed to get a better room but didn’t because of something unspecified; I’m not an expert and overall there was a lack of attentiveness, and routine prevailed. Small gestures could achieve much more.

Nothing. The room with a mountain view was an extra charge, but I received a view of the cobblestones and ugly junipers. The reception staff explained that it had a mountain view, but it was on a lower floor, so nothing could be seen.

The breakfasts were very good and varied, and the relaxation area was nice, but the sauna was not available in the spa facilities we used.

The indoor pool, spa, and plentiful, high‑quality breakfast were great, yet the reception staff were not very friendly or prepared, daily housekeeping was skipped in the room, it was dim, the desk lamp didn’t work and nobody fixed or replaced it.
