The sheets and mattress were good, but the bathroom was tiny, and the girls had to use the door for shampoo and other items.

“Confortable.”

The hotel looks great and is clean, and the pool is awesome; overall we liked it. It sits on the highway and the shopping plaza is on the other side, so we walked a bit to get food.

“Beautiful clean and safe property but no elevator and loud past midnight”

The property is gorgeous! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and the patio was stunning with plenty of open space to relax. Everything surpassed our expectations after a bad experience at another “hotel” we left the same day. The reception felt clean and safe the moment you stepped in. The downside is that people stay on the patio too late; there should be a quiet time after about 11 p.m. I understand it’s pet‑friendly, but the barks past midnight were very annoying. Minor cleanliness issues like shower glass stains were noted, but nothing major. Also, there’s no elevator, so my elderly grandma had to struggle up the stairs; there is a ramp, but you have to hunt for it because it’s so far away.

“En general muy bien”

The room was comfortable and the heated pool was great, but the breakfast had raw‑looking eggs and the orange juice was too sweet.
