The place was clean and had pleasant scents, but in the morning the staff started preparing breakfast in the downstairs lounge, speaking loudly and playing music; from 7am it was impossible to rest, and the noise seeped into the rooms because the hotel’s design didn’t include any sound‑proofing.

The hotel sits in a great spot for anyone on the road, which was a big plus for us. Unfortunately the parking layout is a nightmare for a van – you’d need a miracle to fit it in, and I’m pretty sure the designer missed the memo on vehicle size. It’s a shame the location can’t make up for that hassle.

“Para dormir como reyes”

We fell in love with the massive king‑size bed, the fresh‑scented sheets, and the spa where the staff were genuinely friendly and the massages were top‑notch – it gave my husband and me the relaxation we were after. The dinner, however, served a piece of meat that was tougher than expected; slicing it thin would have made a big difference, even though the sauce and flavors were excellent and the young server was great. All in all, a solid experience with a few kitchen tweaks needed.

The coffee area felt a bit limited – I wish there were more choices beyond the basic brew. Adding to that, the spa was closed on Monday, which threw a wrench into our plans for a quick treatment. If they expanded the menu and kept the spa open daily, it would be much better.
