“Mesmo com a desilusão de não termos a piscina interior… queremos muito voltar.”

It was our first time there and we really liked it; the breakfast had a lot of variety, the room was huge and full of natural light, the staff were very friendly, the kids’ area was a good option, and the location is excellent. The interior pool was under renovation, which we had not expected when we booked.

“Hotel bom, mas não cumpre nas expectativas que cria”

The breakfast was good, but for a 5‑star place I expected more bread varieties; only sliced bread for toasting and two mini rolls were available. There should have been about four coffee machines, yet three were out of coffee by 10:00 am, and breakfast ended at 11:00 am. Dinner was a buffet that was acceptable, but we had hoped to try the steakhouse, which was closed that evening. The hotel was chosen because it advertised a spa for massages and an indoor pool, yet neither was usable: the spa circuit, which is free for guests, had no slots for the next day, and the massage I had planned couldn't be booked either. A 5‑star hotel with a spa should offer more availability for guests. The indoor pool is closed for renovations, and it’s serious that this wasn’t updated on Booking.

“Overall another excellent stay, some bar staff came across as rude at times.”

Nice rooms and an excellent pool, but a few of the bar staff weren't as helpful as others, and on one occasion there was only one bar open for daytime pool guests, even though they weren't supposed to use it while wearing swimwear.
