The staff were friendly, the room was excellent, the beach and sports facilities were great, and the restaurant was outstanding.

The exterior is nice, well kept and organized. Staff are very courteous even though many do not speak English. Rooms are large but noisy, the restaurant is poorly organized and repetitive, pepper is everywhere. At check‑in they explain nothing about the hotel’s services or organization.

They gave us a room with a view of dried palms, asked us to change it but offered a room three times more expensive with a pool view that didn’t match what was available. The water park operates from 11:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. How can a water park run only three hours a day when kids want it all day, and we paid for it? They only mention this after we’ve paid for the hotel. The slides are unsafe; my child broke his leg on a slide! The price is ridiculously high. The hotel is basically just a place for animators. The only interesting evening activity was the “fou” (?), and not all of it was good, but they tried: archery, darts, beach volleyball, yoga, aerobics, water polo, football. The room cleaning deserves special mention because they cleaned very well and made towel shapes that my child liked a lot. I want to note that we didn’t pay for those shapes. Food at the hotel is not for everyone; everything is in specific sauces that not everyone likes. We arrived after surgery and had dietary restrictions, and almost all the food didn’t suit us. After leaving the hotel we were hungry. Alcohol was plentiful, it was imported, those who came to drink a lot probably liked it, but it’s not for everyone… The beach is great, the sea is warm. I gave it three stars: one for animators, two for cleaning, three for beach.
