Because of water supply problems, Sergio quickly offered us a night‑stay alternative at Eugenia’s place. She picked us up in the center of Monteleone Sabino by car, brought us there, and the next day drove us back to Franziskusweg. The highlight was that she cooked for us and we had a very nice evening together. In a few days the water issue should be fixed and stays at B&B Santa Vittoria will be possible again. The alternative was a bit farther from the center, but after a tiring day’s tour we probably wouldn’t have taken a city stroll anyway.
“Ospitalità e cortesia”
Sergio was very available, the house was welcoming and spacious. Some issues…
We were unable to use the rooms we had booked because of plumbing problems, but the host fixed it by offering us a different location. Msc Eugenia prepared a lovely Italian dinner for us since we had no transport to find a nearby restaurant. She and Sergio, the host, were very welcoming.
We stayed in a different accommodation instead of B&B Santa Vittoria, and the change was well organized and smooth. Eugenia also drove us to the supermarket so we could shop. Special thanks to Manuel, the new manager of B&B Santa Vittoria, who solved small issues like picking up our clothes from the previous leg flawlessly. I am Casa. The breakfast was very sparse even for Italian standards. We were not pleased that we were repeatedly crowded and were told to leave the house just before 09:00 h. Also, contacting us via WhatsApp instead of the messaging system felt odd.
We had a beautiful experience at this B&B. Sergio the host was very helpful and we communicated well. The accommodation matched the pictures and description, even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area. We will definitely return. Best regards, Jenni and Andrea from Norway.
