We booked three rooms, one of which was larger and paid for accordingly. At check‑in we were given three rooms of the same size despite the notice, and only after a second complaint did we receive the larger one. An apology was deemed necessary, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable to me.

Very dog‑friendly 👍🏻, good location, friendly staff. The parking garage is tight and offers few spots.

The breakfast was very good, offering everything you could want. The rooms feature modern furniture and pleasant colors. The hotel is a bit off‑the‑beaten‑path, yet the city centre is easily reachable on foot. You can’t park in front of the hotel to unload luggage; a quick heads‑up that you should drive straight into the underground garage and then walk to the reception would be helpful.
