“Colorful, cute boutique hotel - at the perfect location in Playa!!!”

Every time I come to Playa, I stay here. The boutique rooms are cute, colorful, and have a ton of personality. The staff keeps the rooms very clean, and the location is perfect—close to the beach, close to Centro, but in a quieter area. I’ll be back very soon, I’m sure!

“Déçu...”

The beds were comfortable and the owners pleasant, but the room was nothing like we’d imagined – it had no window, just total darkness whether it was day or night, which felt claustrophobic. A damp smell lingered, the shower pressure was weak and the drainage was poor, and the bedside lamp wouldn’t plug in because there was no bulb at all. On top of that, the isolation was terrible: early‑morning voices could be heard and a machine kept rattling on and off every 2‑3 seconds. The Wi‑Fi was also unreliable, which was disappointing.

I didn't stay. I made a reservation but when I arrived they said they didn't have any rooms. When I tried to call in advance to confirm my reservation they didn't pick up your phone
