A young lady on the staff was kind. The property had a pet tortoise, and the internet and location were good. The bathroom was filthy, the air conditioner was hard to use so I was very hot most of the time, and an older man who owned the place came up to my balcony twice at night, which felt creepy.

“Would stay there again”

Everything! The hosts were unbelievably kind, helping me instantly with everything. I felt taken care of. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and it was quiet even though it was only 8‑10 minutes from busy streets. Restaurants and shops were nearby too. The breakfasts were colorful and tasty. I enjoyed every minute there and would definitely return. Thank you for your kindness, flexibility and lovely personalities!

“Family atmosphere in the heart of Ubud”

The location in Ubud is perfect, with almost all attractions within walking distance. The owners supplied us with cheap scooters and we had a great time. Our son enjoyed playing with the owners’ child, using his toys every day, which we were very grateful for; he was sad when we left. We always received friendly advice and help with any concerns. The breakfast was fine for the price. A small downside was the sanitary facilities and rooms, which felt old and in need of renewal; the bed was a bit shabby, though the bedding was clean. Unfortunately the toilets and showers were not very clean.

It’s very well located, but the facilities are basic, the breakfast offers no options, and they serve what they want without asking; they’re friendly, but it’s just a place to sleep and be near everything. The cleaning and breakfast were lacking.
