Hotel Sacha Golden

“El hotel cumplió con mis expectativas, su ubicación cerca a la plaza de Ponchos, la increíble atención de sus funcionari”

I loved the hotel’s atmosphere—very natural and peaceful, with a calm vibe. The staff were friendly, the breakfasts were super tasty, and the rooms were comfortable.

“El alojamiento parece pequeño por fuera pero las habitaciones, ubicación y personal fueron muy buenos en todo momento”

The location and the comfort of the beds were great. We didn’t have any major problems with the accommodation, though we had a couple of moments trying to find someone at reception. Those moments were brief and not too troublesome.

The customer service was what I liked most; the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to guests. The only issue I had was the water temperature; sometimes it would cool down.

The hotel is near the city centre, clean, with a comfortable bed and well‑equipped rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room that was assigned to us was too noisy (no double glazing), so we asked for a change and the hotel agreed.

The room was large with a perfect bathroom, but there was no window facing outside.
