The location was great, yet I had a booking mix‑up, ended up with a cabin that had a dirty sheet and lacked blankets or towels, but the receptionist who handled all those errors was 10/10 and very kind.

I appreciated the safety and the low price, but there were no free drinks such as tea or coffee.

We didn't spend much time at the campsite, so we didn't use the kitchen, but the shared bathrooms were fine, the showers were spacious and had plenty of hot water. The cabin was a good size, and the lakeside location is perfect.

I like the McDonalds playground (brought back memories of when I could fit in the hole to climb in the side cage or up the top to lookout). Also I liked the kitchen, shower room and cabin we got. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy
