First, the welcome and the staff’s constant attention. I had originally booked an “apartment,” but because it faced a very noisy street of cobbles, the staff offered me a quieter room on the other side. The hotel’s central location lets you do everything on foot, and the rooms and lobby were clean. The apartment no. 2 faced the noisy street.

The hotel is very well situated and the staff were very attentive. It’s a small, simple place that works well for a short stay. We booked an apartment, but when we arrived the staff asked if we could switch to a suite because they had some technical issues, which showed transparency and friendliness. The breakfast variety and quality were very weak. The room we stayed in was very basic, the bathroom had low‑quality materials, and we could hear traffic noise from the main road because our room faced it. Both the room and the common areas had a noticeable human odor, indicating the hotel has some humidity problems.
