Through this letter I report the hotel Rusticall’s failure to honour my reservation. The hotel unilaterally cancelled my booking with only a few hours’ notice, even though I had reconfirmed the same day. As a replacement, the hotel offered a relocation to a supposedly affiliated property. Because of the tight timing and the lack of other accommodation options, I had no choice but to accept. Nevertheless, I was charged the same rate as Rusticall for a service that had quality defects, poor infrastructure, and deplorable living conditions, creating a clear mismatch between the price paid and the service received.
“La recepcionista”
I was shocked when the receptionist started arguing with another guest upon my arrival and didn’t let me leave.
“Espectacular”
The staff were great, yet the high temperature made the stay uncomfortable; otherwise the hotel was excellent.
The bed was good and the location was excellent. The breakfast could have been better; it was a bit sparse.
“Accesible”
The location is spot‑on, but the bell near the rooms is loud and rings too often.
