“It was good but the rooms were not ready when we got there to check in, had to wait for about an hour, not pleased.”

“I will never stay here again, the room was damp and smelled of Mold, it was so damp the carpet and the bedding felt damp”

The location was fine, but the room had a damp mold smell, and both carpet and bedding felt wet. We woke up congested and coughing. When I asked the front desk, she just said “Ok…”.

The place and room were nice, yet I booked through Booking and paid online, only to be billed again upon arrival; I had to argue to recover the money. At checkout they billed me once more, and I had to call to get a full refund. The rest was fine, but the double‑billing hassle was annoying.
