“Work-life balance to tu”
The hotel’s location is unbeatable. Everyone on the staff is very friendly, and there’s a basement parking available. The room is very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The restaurant downstairs is excellent and the breakfasts are very tasty. The conference room is convenient. Cleanliness could use some improvement: there were red spots on the carpet that looked like blood—whatever they were, a guest shouldn’t be left wondering about them for three days. The mattress that opened up was very dirty and clearly needed replacing, and the fridge holding two tiny 10‑zł water bottles was confusing, neither a bar nor a fridge.

We really liked the hotel. The location is unbeatable. It was clean, we could relax well, and we slept soundly. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. We’d love to come back if we travel to Wroclaw again. We’re just a bit annoyed at a very high level of fussing. The breakfast room felt a little cold to us, but that’s just our perception. And there was no cocoa for kids, which is a minor issue we might improve.
