“Insetti ovunque”
The location was spot‑on and the breakfast, which was included, was varied and enjoyable. However, upon arrival the property appeared well maintained, yet many details were overlooked. We immediately pointed out the large number of ants in our room; the staff tried to clean but we spent three nights with ants on the floor and in the bed due to a nest on the roof. It’s hard to understand how the cleaning before our arrival missed those ants. In the garden, the sheer number of mosquitoes made it impossible to walk, and in the morning we were swarmed by wasps during breakfast. We adapted because we’re used to sharing, but such problems only happen when there’s a lack of proper pest control and cleaning. While a few spiders or mosquitoes are expected, calling the ants in the bed an “inconvenience of the countryside” is unacceptable. The property’s responsibility is to provide a clean, hygienic, livable environment, and that was not met, especially since the nightly rate isn’t justified.

The property is delightful, surrounded by greenery. The garden is impeccably maintained. The rooms are simple and functional. Breakfast is very good. The owners are extremely kind. The location is great for exploring the area between Circeo and Sabaudia.

The welcome, atmosphere, and overall staff availability are all great. The only downside is that there isn’t much privacy compared to other guests, but it’s completely tolerable.
The place looks gorgeous and sits in a very quiet spot just a few minutes' drive from the sea, with private parking. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering both sweet and savory options. The only issues were a slightly weak Wi‑Fi signal inside the room and that the blinds couldn’t block out the morning light completely, letting in a lot of brightness.
