Staff attitude excellent. Breakfast venue too far. Carpark no lift To room location too far. aircon not cold

The hotel was spacious and decent overall. However, the room’s location seemed to let cigarette smoke drift in, which was uncomfortable because the windows were closed for safety and couldn’t be opened to ventilate.

We stayed for just one night with our whole family. The room was large and everything else was perfect, even though the design felt a bit old. Service was excellent, with Aisyah and another Indian lady being super helpful when we arrived late. The hotel might be old, but the service was among the best, even better than some larger brand hotels.
