The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and the customer service is excellent. Kudos to Kevin and Juan, who are always attentive and helpful. Despite being a small place, when the workload piled up, it was necessary for all staff to support, leaving other areas unattended for a moment; an extra hand could help regulate these situations.

The best part of the hotel is, without a doubt, the comfort of its rooms. Waking up and enjoying a coffee on the private balcony with a direct view of the mountain is a magical experience. The outdoor pool area and the jacuzzi are very well cared for, ideal for relaxing after walking around the town. Moreover, all reception staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and provide impeccable 24‑hour service. The Wi‑Fi worked wonderfully throughout the property.
