“Great for the money, but lost the Ritz.”

Beautiful views and a serene area, just a short drive to town or the football stadium; the beds were comfy and the rooms very spacious, with staff who were nice. LAKEVIEW used to have superior rooms and was the best place to stay, but now it’s still nice though lacking swag; the faucets and tub look dated—not falling apart, just older—while the front desk changed from a nice wooden to a small modern white, maybe glass, desk with no pizazz. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry luggage to the second floor.

“Tired / needs major update”

Lets start with a ripped leather chair to greet you when you get in. Asked for early check in/ called nite before said looks good / Friday- nope - waited until 230pm / Coffee - no covers for cups? WTH? One positive - Bartender Audrey was great!!

“Muy bello lugar para hospedarse por una noche o por varios días.”

El área era muy buena, el edificio un poco viejo pero bello. El desayuno tenía variedad. El trato muy amable. Hay fuentes para rellenar garrafones de agua, gratis. El estacionamiento es seguro, ya que el área es tipo privada. Hay campo de golf y muy buen espacio cerca del lago para salir a correr. El lugar nos encantó, volveré sin dudas si paso de nuevo por ahí. Muy recomendado. La wifi daba más en el pasillo y en la entrada que en la recamara. El baño un poco empolvado. Me hubiera gustado estar más tiempo, ojalá otros lugares fueran como este

“I would rather sleep in my car and bathe in a puddle than stay in that moldy hell.”

The whole place is a dump from the early 90's. The road and parking lot are like a Ukrainian minefield. The view from the parking lot is abandoned rooms full of mattresses and mold. The water smells like a swamp. The whole place smells like 4 different types of mold. It would have been better if the weather was outside instead of a waterfall and wet carpet everywhere inside. My room had no water the 2nd day. The ice machine ran constantly outside my door. It sounded like a waterfall inside
