The spot was good and the place stayed clean, but the room had a lot of mosquitoes and there was no sound insulation at all.

The location is great, but the first room assigned to me had a strong mold smell, so I had to switch to another room on the second floor without an elevator. The staircase was the worst ever—crooked steps that made it hard to maneuver with luggage. The new room was okay, but overall everything felt old and used, leaving me rather disappointed.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Cannes; the hotel is simple yet cozy and provides everything needed for a pleasant holiday. Its location is convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful. For a 2‑star hotel the value for money was good. We felt comfortable and would recommend the hotel for a short stay in Cannes.

The loft was great, well positioned with plenty of space and a large bathroom, and it’s only 6 minutes from the station – central and well placed! The biggest issue was the pillows, which were as hard as stone; everything else was fine.
