“Local não condiz com o que é anunciado.”

The only good thing was the location and the boy who ran the inn. The place has no reception, rooms face another inn on the same plot, there's no security, and anyone can walk into the rooms because there's no gate separating the street from the rooms. Breakfast is set up in a makeshift spot that looks like the reception, with an office counter and a microwave; to get there you have to leave the rooms, walk down the street, and arrive there—no cover, so you get soaked if it rains. The coffee is very basic and the same each day. The girl at the breakfast could be more polite and stop standing in front of guests like a guard, especially when they ask questions; we felt uncomfortable because it seemed we had to schedule a time for coffee, only three tables, and a maximum of 30 minutes. I’m on vacation and don’t want to plan coffee times. Cleaning was absent: over the three nights, trash was taken out only once on the first day and never again. The room lacks sound or light isolation; you can hear people on the street, imagine a car passing, and when daylight comes the door doesn’t block light, so it’s very bright.
