The hotel scammed us: when we arrived they said no rooms were available for foreigners that night, only for Chinese guests, and demanded extra payment beyond the booking price to honor our reservation; if we refused, we were told to leave and could complain to booking, but we were forced to pay without a proper receipt. After we left they marked us a no‑show and are now trying to charge a no‑show fee. Stay away from this place!

Our stay at Hotel Atour was a delightful experience, thanks to its exceptional cleanliness, comfortable beds, and delectable breakfast options. The hotel's prime location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. Although there was a minor language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively and felt right at home.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was largely uneventful and unimpressive. The staff seemed unresponsive and unhelpful, failing to meet my expectations in any significant way.

While I appreciated the complimentary drinks, my experience was marred by some frustrating technical issues and limitations on payment options. The hotel's official app was inaccessible due to my phone number, and I was only able to use my Chinese credit card for payment.
