1. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, overall very comfortable. 2. The TV offered plenty of channels and even YouTube. 3. One staff member had a slightly unpleasant attitude, but that didn’t ruin the stay.

We liked the buffet breakfast, the staff were friendly and polite, and the location was close to the church we visited; ordering an Uber from there was quick and easy. The complimentary tea upon arrival and the staff’s personal help with my friend’s missing glasses that night were greatly appreciated. The only downside was that when we arrived at night by train from Taoyuan International Airport, we struggled to locate the hotel even though it was within walking distance; a written direction on the website would help. The room could be better with added shampoo, bubble bath for the tub, a non‑slip mat inside the tub, and a grab rail for safety, which would improve the overall experience.
