High1 Condominium

The facilities were great, and it was much easier to access than a hotel. However, the room wasn't a proper bedroom, and there were all sorts of things scattered all over the floor, like rice and other stuff. And the bathroom was really dirty, with a lot of mold.

The accommodation was amazing for the price - I've already been back over 10 times! The surroundings are great, and it's well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The view is also beautiful. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

We were really happy with our stay here - the quiet atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it a perfect spot to hang out with friends. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. The only thing that would've made it even better was if they had a pool or something, but overall it was a great experience.

“once you find your room, all is well”

The location is incredible, right next to the slopes. I could ski to my doorstep, which was amazing. However, the check-in process was a nightmare. There's no reception or staff at the valley condo, and you have to figure out how to get to your room using an app that's all in Korean. We got lost for an hour before finding some housekeeping staff to help us out. It would've been so much easier if they'd sent us some information beforehand.

“Great location and room, but bit confusing for foreigners”

Having a bath after a long day of skiing was a real treat, and the location was amazing - I could ski to my room in 5 minutes. However, the towels were ridiculously small, and check-in for foreigners was a bit of a hassle. The desk was unmanned, and I had to knock on the office in the back to get help. But once they noticed me, they were really helpful. It's probably because Koreans use an app to check in and out, so I was a bit of an oddity.
